How it works

Choose your portrait

Browse products and pick a portrait type and size that fits your needs best (either a bust, waist-up, or full-body portrait). You can also add extras like pets, backgrounds, or text.

Contact to order

Once you have an idea of your portrait, contact us to order.

You can include all important details about your portrait and attach reference photos in the contact form.

Receive your order confirmation

After we receive your order request, we’ll email you to confirm your order and the total price (including add-ons, if there are any), within 1-2 business days.

I draw your portrait

Each portrait is hand-illustrated in Procreate using your photos as reference.

You’ll first receive a black-and-white sketch preview to review and request small changes. Once approved, I’ll add colour and send a final preview before delivering the finished file.

Final Delivery

Once approved, you’ll receive the final high-quality, DIGITAL FILE (JPEG and/or PNG) in your email.

You can print the file yourself to frame or gift to loved ones.

Payment

✿ Once your order details are confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your illustration.

✿ The remaining 50% will be due before the final files are delivered.

✿ Payments are accepted via Interac e-Transfer (for Canadian clients) and Wise (for U.S. clients).

Returns & Policies

Since this is a custom-made illustration, returns / refunds are not accepted. However, minor changes/edit requests to the work can be made during the drawing process.
