You will receive a high-resolution digital file of the artwork, suitable for printing, delivered to your email. No physical product will be shipped.

My current delivery window is 2-3 weeks from the moment orders are confirmed, depending on current order volume / my availability.

It’s recommended to order at least 2 weeks in advance, so I can deliver you the best quality work.

If you need your portrait sooner, please contact me before ordering to check availability.

Files can be shared as digital JPGs or PNGs, suitable for you to print yourself.

For other file types, please let me know when ordering and I may be able to accommodate.

To place an order, Contact to order (this is preferred). In the form, you can provide all important details and preferences for your custom portrait.

I do not offer printed products. I currently only offer digital files and products.

Minor revisions during the sketch phase or coloured version are included, until you are happy with the portrait. Larger changes (such as entirely new poses or needing to reference different photos) may require an additional fee.

I may feature completed work on my website or social media as portfolio pieces. I’m happy to anonymize names/details, or keep private upon request.

You’ll receive a personal-use license, which includes gifts and unlimited personal printing or sharing. I retain the copyright and may feature the artwork in my portfolio or on social media, unless requested otherwise.

Clear, front-facing headshots or full-body photos (depending on your portrait type) will help me capture facial features, body proportions, height, and likeness as accurately as possible.

Send me the best quality photos you can find—that’ll help me out loads!

That’s no problem! Send me separate photos of each person, and I can combine them into one portrait.

Yes, backgrounds and certain details can be customized to look different from your submitted photo. Just include details of what you’d like to include / not include when contacting to order.

Yes! If the outfit will be different from the one in the reference photo, we can customize it. You can send photos of the outfit or a description of what each person would wear.

Yes! Small details help personalize your portrait. Feel free to include photos or notes of anything specific to the person/people that you’d like me to add / include.
